Our newly developed machine for sheet metal forming revolutionizes the possibilities of the industry. It enables multiple deep drawing in a single tool thanks to innovative 4-drive axis technology and even allows non-cylindrical shapes to be deep drawn. Our device relies on hydraulic servo axes to achieve high energy efficiency - an investment that makes sense for both the wallet and the environment.

In this multi-stage sheet metal forming process , the sheet metal is firmly clamped and then formed into a preform by the two-part drawing punch. This process is carefully designed to ensure no cup base fracture occurs. In the next phase, the drawing punch becomes the blank holder of the second pass, with the sheet being further formed into the traveling drawing die.

At the heart of our machine is the advanced drawing process that ensures the sheet metal is given its final shape. During this process, the right balance is maintained between the force applied and the mechanical strength of the sheet to ensure the best possible quality of the end product. *
