Our device relies on hydraulic servo axes to achieve high energy efficiency - an investment that makes sense for both the wallet and the environment.

In this multi-stage sheet metal forming process , the sheet metal is firmly clamped and then formed into a preform by the two-part drawing punch. This process is carefully designed to ensure no cup base fracture occurs. In the next phase, the drawing punch becomes the blank holder of the second pass, with the sheet being further formed into the traveling drawing die.
